This Little border could be hidden underneath the body of your print and/or Lower down when It'll be despatched for the client. OTOH, recognizing that you print at 300dpi it is possible to print that info specifically on the image with a small font noticeable only at 100% zoom of Successfully Submitted (Awaiting Approval)
